What types of weeds do you treat?
Our company provides comprehensive weed control services for various types of weeds, including annual, perennial, and biennial varieties. We offer treatments tailored to address each specific weed category effectively. Is this treatment safe for pets and children?
Our products are designed with safety in mind. The traditional treatments are not harmful to people or pets but require a brief waiting period of a few hours before outdoor access. Our organic options allow immediate outdoor use for pets and children, though they may be slightly less effective than traditional treatments.
Do you use dye for weed control?
Generally, we do not incorporate dye into our weed control products. However, if a client specifically requests it, we can accommodate by adding dye to the treatment solution.Do you remove weeds or just treat them?
We do not currently offer weed removal services. Instead, we apply treatments that reduce weed growth and kill existing weeds. To be effective, the leaves of the weeds need to stay intact. If your weeds are over a foot tall, multiple treatments will likely be needed for full control.
How soon will the weeds die after treatment?
You’ll typically start to see results within a couple of weeks. Warmer weather speeds up the process. That said, we intentionally use a slower-acting formula to ensure the entire weed, along with the root, is eliminated.
Do you offer organic or natural weed control options?
We do offer organic weed control options. However, they aren’t as effective as our standard products, and for that reason, we don’t offer a 6-month warranty on organic treatments.
How long should I wait before mowing my lawn?
Wait three days before mowing your lawn. This allows the treatment to fully absorb into the targeted weeds.
How soon can I water after treatment?
Avoid watering for 24 hours after treatment. Be sure to water your lawn with ¼ to ½ inch of water within one week of the application.
Will this kill the grass too?
The treatment may temporarily yellow Bermuda grass, but it would take many applications to actually kill it. The yellowing usually fades within a couple of weeks.
Do you guarantee weeds won’t return?
We offer a 6-month warranty on our treatments. While we can’t guarantee that no weeds will appear, we will gladly return for a respray if you experience regrowth during that period.
How often do I need treatments?
Treatments are recommended every six months to maintain a healthy, weed-free yard.
What’s the difference between your service and store-bought weed killers?
Our products are professional-grade and not available for general retail use. We also include adjuvants and additives that boost performance and longevity, making our treatments more effective than store-bought alternatives.
Can you treat my yard, if it just rained?
Yes, we can treat your yard after rain as long as there’s no standing water present.
How long does the treatment last?
Our treatments last for about six months under normal conditions.
Do I need to do anything before or after you come?
Before our visit, please pick up any pet waste and remove children’s or pet toys. Also, if your lawn is covered in leaves, please clear them to ensure the treatment can reach the soil effectively.
Will I need multiple treatments for resistant weeds?
Some resistant weeds may require multiple treatments depending on how severe or persistent the infestation is.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contracts are required—just great service.
What happens if it rains right after the treatment?
Imagine nature doing half the work for you; if you're fortunate to receive rain after the treatment, you won't need to water the product anymore.
Will weeds die immediately?
Weeds won’t die immediately. While fast results sound nice, our slow-acting formula ensures the entire plant, including the roots, dies off. This usually takes between 5 and 14 days, depending on the weather.
